How to use Black pepper essential oil for skin and hair.

Dilution is a must.

Dilution for Hair:

Dilute with argan oil, sesame oil, olive oil or coconut oil with 3% black pepper essential oil which means 3ml of black pepper essential oil in 100 Ml of any of the carrier oils.

Dilution for Skin:

Dilute 2 drops of Black Pepper essential oil to 5 ml (one teaspoon) of a carrier oil like argan oil or sweet almond oil if you have dry skin, or grape seed oil if you have oily or acne prone skin.

N.B. Please note that all essentials oils have to be diluted before usage on hair or skin.
