When rubbed on feet, it exfoliates the dead cells, and increases the level of blood circulation giving a sensation of soothing and relaxation.
With the wooden spoon take the amount you need in a plate to avoid water contact, keep the scrub jar in the fridge. Place your feet in warm water for 10 minutes, massage with the scrub and stone to get rid of dead cells, then rinse with water to get soft heels. For best result use it with foot balm.
